Infosys Limited in Gothenburg, Sweden, seeks a Lead Consultant Digital Workplace (DWP) Program Manager to drive end-to-end Digital Workplace programs, governance, and financial performance across M365, End User Computing, and related domains.

You will coordinate global teams, manage budgets and risks, and deliver transformation initiatives with a focus on user experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large Digital Workplace programs.
• Strong governance, risk and financial management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive preferred.
• Ability to manage cross-functional, global teams and external partners.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Digital Workplace transformation programs and managed services.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Drive governance, reporting, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Own financial performance, resources planning, forecasting and change requests.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, Teams, SharePoint and workplace modernization initiatives.
• Ensure delivery excellence through SLA/KPI achievement and continuous improvement.
