Job summary

Integro Consulting AB is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to manage a globally distributed messaging backend across AWS, Azure and OnPrem. The role involves operating, tuning, and supporting the service, with Java development for new features and enhancements.

You will work with the Messaging Architect to build secure delivery solutions. Required are strong Java skills, Linux experience, and hands-on CI/CD, Ansible, scripting, and familiarity with security practices in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Experience developing Java applications.
• Experience handling Linux applications.
• Good experience with queue systems.
• Experience in hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, OnPrem).
• Development experience with messaging systems (AMQ, WMQ).
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Ansible experience.
• Scripting in Bash and Python.
• Troubleshooting server applications, web servers and Linux systems.
• Understanding data communication (firewalls, load balancers).
• Experience with Agile practices and Agile coaching is a plus.
• Strong background in security engineering, DevSecOps, or security roles embedded in dev/platform teams.
• Hands-on cloud platform experience and core services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a globally distributed messaging backend system in AWS, Azure, and OnPrem, including operation, tuning, and support of the service.
• Contribute to development/enhancements of the messaging system using Java.
• Collaborate with the Messaging Architect to design secure, reliable deliverables.
