Paventia AB is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer for a long-term consulting assignment in Arninge/Stockholm. You will lead a three-person DevOps team responsible for the production environment, automation, and tooling across Linux and Android platforms.

The role combines hands-on DevOps with team leadership, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement. Experience with AI-assisted tools and security clearance is required.

Formación

• Experience administering Linux clients and servers in a software development environment.
• Python scripting and automation.
• Development and support of cloud-based services (AWS and/or Azure).
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted tools and solutions.
• Experience with Linux and Android OS environments.
• REST API integration and automation with platforms like Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitLab and JIRA.
• Experience with Open Source tools such as FreeIPA and Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring systems.
• Documentation of systems, configurations and procedures.
• Strong IP networking concepts and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing/issue management systems.
• Proficient English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the DevOps team and drive planning and activities.
• Collaborate with development teams across Linux and Android platforms.
• Develop, maintain and evolve the software production environment, including tools and automation.
• Drive AI-enabled development practices and adoption of AI tools.
• Cooperate with the global IT organization and other stakeholders.
• Ensure operational stability and continuous improvement of internal systems and services.
