Job summary

ALTEN Sweden is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join a key automotive client in Gothenburg. You’ll help shape a modern developer platform, enabling secure, scalable software delivery and AI-powered capabilities.

You will collaborate across platform engineering, DevSecOps, cloud, and cybersecurity to drive automation, standardization, and improved developer experience, while advancing governance and security practices.

Qualifications

Background in software development, platform engineering, DevOps, or DevSecOps.
Experience with modern software development and automation.
Experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments.
Familiar with CI/CD and software delivery processes.
Knowledge of AI-powered tools or emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve secure, scalable developer platforms and workflows.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions.
Integrate security controls and best practices across the SDLC.
Enhance Internal Developer Platform capabilities and developer tooling.
Contribute to Backstage integrations and standardized engineering workflows.
Develop cloud-native infrastructure using IaC and modern automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise developer experience and security.
Advance platform reliability, observability, governance, and security.
