Job summary

Techster in Göteborg, Sweden, is seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to blend software development with cloud operations for connected vehicle services. You will work in a hands-on team, shaping deployment, monitoring, and production support across the full lifecycle.

You will collaborate with developers, architects, QA and other stakeholders to drive reliability, observability and automation while owning end-to-end incidents and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java (Spring Boot) and Python.
• Hands-on DevOps with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong emphasis on monitoring, observability and incident response.
• Experience with containerized cloud-native environments (Kubernetes).
• Familiar with Git workflows and modern software practices.

Senior DevOps Developer

We are looking for a DevOps developer with a strong interest in operations to join our team working with connected vehicle services. This is a hands-on role where you will combine software development with cloud operations, automation, and production support.

You will be part of a high performing team responsible for developing, deploying, and operating cloud-based services used by a global automotive customer. You will work across the full lifecycle of the solution – from development and deployment to monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain backend services and supporting components in a cloud-native environment.




• Take an active role in operating services in production and ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.




• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and take part in incident investigation and resolution.




• Improve observability through logging, metrics, monitoring, and alerting.




• Automate operational tasks and improve deployment and operational processes.




• Contribute to root cause analysis and implement actions that prevent recurring incidents.




• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the service.
