Dwellir is a leading blockchain infrastructure company providing high-performance RPC services across 150+ blockchain networks. We serve market makers, hedge funds, DeFi protocols, and web3 developers worldwide on globally distributed node infrastructure. Based in Uppsala, Sweden, we're building the backbone of the web3.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Developer to join our platform team. You'll build the software that powers our infrastructure — from DevOps tooling and monitoring systems to deployment pipelines, management software, and new REST APIs. You'll also play a key role in our reliability engineering efforts, helping us reduce toil through automation and maintain high availability across our globally distributed systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll ship production code that directly impacts how we operate and scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal DevOps tooling and automation software
• Develop monitoring and observability systems for distributed infrastructure
• Design and implement deployment pipelines and release management tools
• Create management software for provisioning and operating blockchain nodes at scale
• Build new REST APIs for internal and customer-facing services
• Participate in incident response, on-call rotations, and blameless postmortems
• Identify and eliminate toil through automation and self-healing systems
• Contribute to capacity planning and performance optimization
• Document runbooks, technical solutions, and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong backend development skills with experience building production systems
• Experience with Linux system administration and DevOps practices
• Proficiency in designing and building REST APIs
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Grafana OnCall)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex distributed systems under pressure
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Juju for application modelling and orchestration
• Proficiency in Go
• Proficiency in Rust
• Knowledge of web3 and blockchain RPC interfaces
• Experience with API gateways (Kong, Traefik, etc.)
• Experience building and operating globally distributed systems
• Background in chaos engineering or fault injection testing
