You will own database solutions, optimize workloads, and collaborate with development teams across Örebro, Stockholm and Vilnius to keep the platform robust and highly available. A curiosity-driven, proactive mindset and strong English communication are essential.
Qualifications
- Extensive MS SQL Server expertise required.
- Proven ability to optimize SQL and manage performance.
- Strong analytical mindset for complex systems.
- Good communication in English and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Self-driven, organized work ethic with a curious mindset.
- Experience with database projects, Partitioning and AlwaysOn is a plus.
- Familiarity with using LLMs in development workflows, professionally or personally.
