You will lead data architecture decisions, implement Data Vault and modern data models, drive CI/CD, ensure reliability and governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape data strategy and roadmaps. Mentoring and incident leadership are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience architecting, developing, and operating enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Expertise in Data Vault and modern data architecture.
• Proven track record leading large-scale production support and operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable data platform solutions using Snowflake, DBT, SQL, and Python.
• Architect enterprise data pipelines, data warehouses, and transformation frameworks.
• Drive CI/CD adoption, automation, and engineering best practices.
• Own end-to-end operational health, incident triage, troubleshooting, and RCA.
• Define monitoring, alerts, runbooks, SLAs, and escalation procedures.
• Define data governance standards, data quality, observability, and security compliance.
• Mentor Data Engineers and lead architecture discussions and technical reviews.
