Job summary

FDJ UNITED in Stockholm is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build scalable data pipelines and modernize a multi-cloud data platform. You will work in an agile team delivering robust ETL/ELT solutions and advancing observability.

The role focuses on streaming architectures, Lakehouse design with S3-based storage and Iceberg/Delta Lake formats, and implementing CI/CD, data contracts, and quality gates to ensure trusted data across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong Python, advanced SQL, Airflow, Spark/PySpark, dbt, and CI/CD proficiency.
• Experience with Lakehouse architectures, dimensional modeling, and cloud data warehouses (S3, Athena, Redshift).
• Data quality frameworks, monitoring, and schema evolution expertise.

Responsibilities
