Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Systems or a comparable discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of DAMA, Data Mesh, and data governance.
• Experience with data quality and enterprise architecture in a large organisation.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and document end-to-end business demand governance across stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into IT demands with clear value and KPIs.
• Maintain a holistic view of the IT landscape and demand portfolio.
• Develop a shared business information glossary and data model for Customers Nordic.
• Collaborate with the Data Governance Lead, System Owner, Demand Architects, and BI/analytics teams.
• Define data ownership, domain boundaries, and standards with business and IT stakeholders.
• Evaluate development options against enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Support transformation programmes moving from current to target state.
