Job summary

Coop Sverige is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn data into action within the Analytics team of AI & Business Intelligence. You will work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and stakeholders across Coop to build reusable analytics solutions and dashboards.

You will be at the intersection of data, technology and business, owning analytic deliverables and driving impact through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Translate business challenges into analytical questions, solutions and recommendations to aid Coop in decision making.
• Comfortable programming in SQL and Python, with experience of PySpark or similar technologies and version control such as Git.
• Strong business understanding and ability to connect analytical findings to concrete actions and communicate with any audience.
• Understand fundamental statistical methods and when different analytical approaches are appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into analytical questions, solutions and recommendations aid all of Coop in decision making.
• Work with large datasets across customer behaviour, sales, assortment, logistics and digital channels and develop scalable and reusable solutions.
• Build analytical agents, dashboards, ad hoc analyses or any data product that democratizes our data.
• Challenge existing questions and ways of working – moving from asking for analysis to delivering actionable recommendations.
