Coop Sverige – Together we make food-Sweden sustainable seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join our Analytics team within AI & Business Intelligence, working closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and stakeholders across Coop.
You will sit at the intersection of technology and business, translating problems into analytical questions and scalable data products, building dashboards and analytical agents that empower decision making.
At Coop, data plays an increasingly important role in how we understand our customers, improve our operations and make better decisions. With over 4 million members and data across stores, logistics and digital channels, we have both the scale and the opportunity to create real impact. To add to this, our data platform runs on an architecture suitable for providing agentic analytics!
Within our AI & Business Intelligence organization, we have built a modern analytics platform that we are proud of – and we are now looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help us turn even more of that data into action.
You will join our Analytics team within AI & Business Intelligence, working closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and stakeholders across Coop.
As a Data Analyst, you sit at the intersection of technology and business. The role is not only about answering questions with data, but understanding the problem behind the question, challenging assumptions and determining what we should actually do with the insight.
You will have considerable freedom in how you approach problems. We believe in building reusable, scalable solutions in code rather than repeatedly solving the same problem manually.
We believe you enjoy operating at the intersection of data, technology and business. You are curious enough to dig into the details, but can also step back and understand the bigger picture.
You don't see an analysis as finished when the numbers are correct – you want to understand what they mean and what action they should lead to. You are comfortable taking ownership even when the path forward is not completely defined.
The grocery trade is a stable, long-term industry, and Coop’s offering is essential to the transition toward a greener, more sustainable future. You’ll join a culture defined by humility, initiative and strong values, where we take joint responsibility and genuinely want to help each other succeed. Our office in Solna Business Park offers a modern work environment with great transport links, a fantastic staff restaurant, and the option of hybrid work in agreement with your manager. At Coop, we work for our 4.2 million members, making us by far the largest cooperation in Sweden.
