Truecaller AB in Sweden is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead quantitative insights for the team. You will understand our data, identify issues, and collaborate with product, tech, and design to hypothesize solutions.

You will own experiments, define metrics, build dashboards, and ensure reliable KPI reporting. You will mentor teammates and promote data-driven decision making across the company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker preferred; others allowed).
• Experience mentoring and evangelizing data in product teams.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources to understand customer behavior.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Understand Truecaller’s data and its drivers.
• Own quantitative insights for the team and influence product decisions.
• Define experiments, set them up, and analyze results to guide decisions.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Create data pipelines and dashboards to communicate insights to the team and leadership.
• Coach the team on experimentation and data-driven product development.
