Job summary

Truecaller in Sweden is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to own quantitative insights for the product team. You will understand our data, identify problems, and partner with product, tech and design to hypothesize solutions. You’ll drive experimentation and learning, shaping data-driven product development.

Responsibilities include defining experiments, building dashboards and KPIs, maintaining data pipelines, and mentoring colleagues on data-informed decision making. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Proficient in SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI).
• Mentoring, coaching, and evangelizing data in product development.

Responsibilities

• Understanding Truecaller's data.
• Taking ownership of quantitative insights for your team, influencing product development.
• Defining experiments, setting them up, and analyzing results to drive decisions.
• Developing and maintaining KPIs and dashboards for the team's tracking and reporting.
• Creating data pipelines and dashboards to communicate insights to team and leadership.
• Coaching the team on experimentation and data-driven product development processes.
