Job summary

Acast is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the BI team as the trusted data partner for Finance, Product, Sales, and Content Managers who work day-to-day with our podcasters. This role spans full-stack data work from raw data to dashboards, with emphasis on clear context and stakeholder trust.

You'll work with Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, developers, and Product Managers to ensure consistent metrics and definitions, delivering dashboards people actually understand and use.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and dbt skills are required.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Omni.
• Experience accelerating analytics development using AI tools.
• Ability to translate business questions into robust data models.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for data questions from Finance, Product, Sales and Content.
• Own and evolve core reporting infrastructure and data models in dbt and Omni across metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards that are easy to understand and use.
• Notice patterns and risks in payout, platform and podcast metrics and flag them early.
• Support Content Managers and Product with data behind usage, trends and payouts; assist Sales with advertiser data.
• Explain thinking, document decisions, and make it easy for others to pick up where you left off.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, developers, and Product Managers to ensure consistency.
