Job summary

Kenvue Helsingborg is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Science to lead clinical strategy for self-care products across development stages. You will coordinate studies, ensure robust safety and efficacy data, and support regulatory submissions.

The role requires strong leadership, global collaboration, and the ability to translate science into compelling product claims for consumers and healthcare professionals. This onsite position is based in Helsingborg.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (PhD/PharmD/MD) preferred.
• Experience leading full clinical development programs for regulatory submission.
• Experience developing clinical designs and methodologies and executing studies.
• Experience developing compelling claims and translating evidence into substantiation.
• Ability to work with commercial partners in OTC products and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical strategy lead for new product innovations and clinical programs across development stages.
• Represent clinical strategies in health authority interactions.
• Shape and deliver claims and substantiation strategies for consumers and healthcare professionals.
• Provide SME input on the science to strengthen claims and cross-functional storytelling.
• Maintain investigator brochures, study protocols, CRFs, and regulatory documentation on time and quality.
