Job summary

Kenvue in Helsingborg, Sweden, seeks an MSAT Head to lead the Process Science team on site. The role guides process science activities and technology transfer projects, ensuring compliance and robust validation strategies at the Helsingborg site.

You will develop team members, oversee de-risking and cross-functional alignment, and drive continuous improvement for liquids, solids and gums, enabling the future product pipeline. Fluency in English and pharma expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Master of Science within a relevant chemistry or pharmaceutical area.
• More than 10 years in OTC/pharma Manufacturing Process, Troubleshooting Management and Site Transfers.
• Broad knowledge of process development and validation across Process, Packaging and Cleaning.
• Experience with regulatory requirements for OTC products.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and people development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Team of Process Scientists at internal and external sites within the cluster.
• Provide leadership in technology transfer projects, including risk assessments and transfer plans.
• Drive manufacturing process troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure validation strategies are defined and executed by the team.
• Develop employees to meet future business needs across all technologies in scope.
