Job summary

Cunningham seeks aSenior Engineer to join our high-performing team in Skelleftea, Sweden. You will support the Site Manager, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure packages meet specifications, timeframes and budgets.

Ideal candidates have extensive site engineering experience on large projects in Europe, particularly Data Centres/Pharma/Life Sciences, and a solid understanding of UK/Irish construction standards.

Qualifications

• A higher-level qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5-10 years’ experience in a Site Engineering role on construction projects, with a proven track record on large scale projects.
• Experience in Europe working in Data Centres/Pharma/Life Sciences is Desirable

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in leading the construction of the allocated project.
• Build strong working relationships with the Engineering team and sub-contractors.
• Ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors and other professional staff, especially Q.S. and the Project Manager.
• Engage all project team members to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Commercial team and internal stakeholders as required.
• Record and review progress against time, quality, and quantity.
