Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Campus HSE Lead (Data Centers) to provide overall HSE leadership across a major Data Centre campus in South Sweden. This senior, site-based role involves guiding Project HSE Leads, shaping governance, and driving continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

You will work with project leadership, HSE teams, subcontractors and client representatives to uphold safety standards and ensure compliance across multiple projects within a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related discipline.
• BAS-P/BAS-U essential; NEBOSH or ISO 45001 desirable.
• Significant experience in a senior HSE leadership role within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Proven experience leading HSE across large-scale, complex projects or multi-project environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills with the confidence to engage with senior project and client representatives.
