Job summary

Amaris AB in Gothenburg, Sweden, seeks a CAE Crash Safety Analysis Engineer to join the Front and Rear Structure Analysis team on a full-time consultant assignment.

You will perform advanced finite element simulations for crash safety development, create and maintain virtual CAE crash models, run analyses, compare results with physical tests, and present findings to engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MSc in Engineering or similar technical discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on CAE crash experience within an automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier.
• S solid experience with LS-DYNA, ANSA and MetaPost.
• Experience with front structure development for high-speed crash load cases.
• Ability to communicate technical results clearly to cross-functional teams.

• Develop and maintain virtual CAE crash models and run simulations.
• Analyse results and compare with physical test data.
• Support development of front structure solutions for high-speed crash load cases.
