Datamatics Global Services Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong C#/.NET expertise. The role focuses on enterprise-grade backend systems, SQL Server, and complex integrations within an Asset Management context.

You will work closely with business stakeholders in an Agile setting to ensure performance, reliability, and smooth deployments. The position requires on-premises Microsoft environment experience, strong DevOps and IaC practices, and collaboration across Scrum

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend development with C#/.NET
• Asset Management domain experience mandatory
• Strong SQL Server and data modeling skills
• Experience with complex data integrations and data flows
• Experience in on-premises Microsoft environments
• CI/CD pipelines and automated build/release processes
• DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) familiarity
• Git/Azure DevOps or equivalent tooling experience
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
• Experience in Scrum/Kanban/agile
• Experience with two of React/Angular/Vue.js/Blazor
• Strong Swedish verbal and written communication skills

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain backend applications using C#/.NET Framework/.NET
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, data models, and stored procedures
• Build, maintain, and support complex data integrations and data flows
• Configure and manage application and integration environments
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Apply DevOps best practices and IaC principles
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Participate in Agile development (Scrum or Kanban)
• Support deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and incident management
• Contribute to technical design and code reviews
