Job summary

Datamatics Technologies is seeking a Senior Backend Developer – C#/.NET in Sweden to design and build robust backend services. You will optimize data models, manage complex integrations, and ensure smooth deployments in an on-premises Microsoft environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of C#/.NET, SQL Server expertise, and hands-on CI/CD with Git and Azure DevOps. You will work in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban to deliver reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience using C# and .NET.
• Asset Management domain experience is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, data modeling, and databases.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated build/release processes.
• Hands-on DevOps and IaC practices with on-prem environments.
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
• Agile methods like Scrum or Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend apps using C# and .NET Framework/.NET.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases and data models.
• Build and support complex integrations and data flows.
• Configure and manage application and integration environments.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Apply DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Analyze requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile development using Scrum or Kanban.
• Support deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and incident resolution.
