Your Role:

As Segment Leader, you will drive strategic and operational purchasing activities within the off-board charging and services domain. You should also be able to manage segments other than Off off-board charging area, when needed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading strategic purchasing activities for private, public, turnkey charging solutions & E-EMobility Service Provider (EMSP).
  • Driving strategy development and execution globally, with a strong focus on some of the key markets.
  • Conducting business reviews, managing major sourcing events, and collaborating cross‑functionally across purchasing teams.
  • Ensuring performance alignment with stakeholder priorities and business objectives.
  • Delivering segment strategies and business plans with a global perspective.
  • Building networks and supporting stakeholders in achieving Profit & Loss targets.
  • Flexibly managing additional segments based on workload and business needs.
  • Being a proactive "doer" who delivers on deadlines and drives results.
