Job summary

Ultra Group in Gothenburg, Sweden, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant to drive transformation and IT-enabled change initiatives. You will lead projects from pre-study through implementation, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver value.

The role requires 5+ years of consulting, strong process analysis, and ERP/CRM/PLM experience. On-site work with international projects, visa support available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting, business analysis, process improvement, or IT transformation.
• Strong business process analysis and process optimisation skills.
• Experience with enterprise systems and IT implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to drive business transformation, process improvement, and IT-enabled change initiatives.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, leading strategic projects from initial analysis and pre-study through implementation and operational handover.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience with enterprise systems and IT implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, PLM, or other enterprise application implementations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
