PA Consulting Sweden is seeking a Senior Consultant within Business Transformation to drive large-scale ERP and technology-enabled change projects for global brands. You will work on shaping transformation strategies, taking ownership of workstreams, and collaborating with a dispersed Nordic/European team to deliver measurable business benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, or technology-enabled change programs.
• Experience working on ERP initiatives or transformation programs.
• Exposure to business process design, optimisation, standardisation or implementation.
• Experience bridging business requirements and technology delivery teams.
• Interest in organisational change, operating model design and transformation delivery.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar solutions is a plus.

What you’ll do

As part of our Business Transformation team, you'll work closely with clients to design and deliver large-scale business and technology transformations. Depending on your experience level, you'll take ownership of project workstreams, lead stakeholder engagements, and contribute to shaping transformation strategies.

You will:

For more experienced candidates, additional experience in areas such as ERP strategy, vendor selection, data migration, reporting strategy, change management and program leadership is highly valued.
