Job summary

airapps is seeking a passionate Backend Software Engineer to join our team in Stockholm, responsible for designing and managing server-side components of our applications. In this fully onsite position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable backend services that support our rapid growth.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in backend engineering, great proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, and a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure. We offer competitive benefits including Apple hardware, health insurance, and an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in backend engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Supabase or equivalent PostgreSQL-based backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design and build RESTful or GraphQL APIs, microservices using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Model data and manage queries using Supabase and PostgreSQL.
• Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
