Nederman – The Clean Air Company in Helsingborg is seeking a Senior Automation Lead to act as the technical leader for automation across our Operational Technology Center. You will shape control systems, define standards, and drive architecture decisions while maintaining hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

At least 8 years in industrial automation or OT with senior technical responsibilities.
Deep expertise in automation architecture, PLC-based control and safety aspects.
Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead automation across Nederman's OTC and shape control-system direction.
Set engineering standards and guide architectural decisions.
Mentor engineers and grow the automation capability within the team.
Collaborate with software, electronics, product management and other engineering groups.
Maintain hands-on involvement while steering long-term technical strategy.
