CorPower Ocean is seeking a Senior Assembly Technician to lead the fabrication, assembly, and integration of our wave energy drive train systems. You will drive DFA, collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain and Marine Operations, and mentor a multidisciplinary team across international sites.

The role requires extensive travel (approx. 75%) to our Kristinehamn, Sweden and Viana do Castelo, Portugal sites, delivering robust, scalable assembly methods and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Hands-on leadership in assembly and testing of complex electromechanical systems.
• Knowledge of electromechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical assembly.
• Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration and communication skills.
• English fluency; Swedish language skills preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assembly and testing of drive train products (Power Take-Off) across disciplines.
• Translate engineering designs into practical, efficient assembly procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in assembly quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.
• Represent CorPower Ocean at external assembly partners and suppliers.
• Build, lead and mentor a multidisciplinary assembly team across sites.
