Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an APO or similar role.
• +5 years of banking experience, preferably in Treasury, Finance, Risk or Financial Markets.
• Strong understanding of asset and liability management and financial products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SQL and Teradata development experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and lifecycle management of Swedbank's FTP system.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance and Risk to meet regulatory and strategic needs.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements for agile teams.
• Ensure FTP outputs are transparent and auditable when transferring interest and liquidity risk.
