Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS.
• 4+ years of experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows and integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including development of AWS Lambda functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Develop and maintain Python-based AWS Lambda functions.
• Collaborate with UI development teams for backend services.

Skills

8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS

4+ years of experience with Amazon Connect

Strong proficiency in Python

Experience with AWS services including Lambda and API Gateway

Extensive experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs

Strong knowledge of DynamoDB schema design

Experience with cloud-native architectures

Knowledge of CI/CD practices

Strong communication skills
