Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect to design end-to-end AI systems for customer experience use cases, integrating LLMs, retrieval architectures, and orchestration layers. You will evaluate AI performance, align with business metrics, and ensure scalable, cost-effective deployments.

The role requires strong executive communication, sales-aligned technical leadership, and fluency in English and Swedish, with additional Nordic language skills as a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing AI solutions for customer experience orchestration and contact center use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI systems for customer experience use cases, defining interaction across self-service, agent copilot, and orchestration layers.
• Optimize retrieval-augmented generation and knowledge architectures to ground AI responses in enterprise data.
• Establish AI evaluation frameworks and quality metrics tied to business outcomes.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data and conversation state.
• Design for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency in enterprise environments.
• Leverage Genesys AI capabilities to articulate product value to customers and prospects.
