Job summary

Genesys in Sweden seeks a Senior AI Solution Architect to design and demonstrate AI-powered customer experience solutions. You will craft production-ready AI architectures, integrate with enterprise data, and guide customers through implementation with a focus on business value and governance.

This role couples deep technical leadership with executive storytelling to enable sales and delivery teams. Fluency in English and Swedish is required, with strong communication skills to influence CIO/CTO

Qualifications

Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions for CX orchestration and contact center use cases.
Ability to balance latency, cost, governance and multilingual requirements.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end AI systems for customer experience use cases.
Architect production-ready AI solutions spanning LLMs, tooling and orchestration layers.
Define how AI interacts across self-service and agent copilot journeys.
Engineer context-aware AI experiences using real-time data and conversation state.
LeadPre-sales activities including demonstrations, sandbox guidance and value assessments.
Develop reusable technical assets and enable field teams with coaching and workshops.
