Job summary

YORA is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer / Architect to own the European platform architecture, bridging application teams, IT infrastructure, and a global platform engineering org. You will work across agent runtimes, model gateways, connectors, SDKs, and cloud infrastructure to securely deploy and scale enterprise AI capabilities in Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within software, cloud, or platform architecture.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLM platforms, agentic AI, RAG, or production AI services.
• Strong skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Solid experience with APIs and distributed systems.
• Cloud-native engineering experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, and observability.
• Working knowledge of IAM, networking, secrets management, and secure API design.
• Practical understanding of LLM inference, tool calling, embeddings, vector search, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Experience collaborating across distributed engineering teams.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the reference architecture for agent runtimes, model gateways, connectors, tooling, and SDKs.
• Deploy and operate AI platform services on cloud-native infrastructure.
• Adapt shared platform components to European security, compliance, and data requirements.
• Integrate AI platform services with identity providers, internal APIs, and enterprise data platforms.
• Define secure patterns for RAG, vector search, enterprise search, and knowledge systems.
• Work with Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, IAM, networking, and observability.
• Provide reusable platform patterns and SDKs for application engineering teams.
• Guide architecture decisions and help engineers solve complex platform integration challenges.
• Collaborate across international engineering teams to align architecture, compatibility, and technical direction.

About The Role

As a Senior AI Platform Engineer / Architect, you will own the European platform architecture and act as a technical bridge between application teams, IT infrastructure, and a global platform engineering organization.

You will work across the full platform landscape — from agent runtimes, model gateways, connectors, and SDKs to cloud infrastructure, IAM, APIs, and enterprise data.

A central part of the role is turning a shared global AI platform into something that works securely and reliably within European technical and regulatory requirements.

You have a strong background in software, cloud, or platform architecture combined with hands‑on experience building modern AI systems.

We Believe You Bring

• Strong skills in Python and/or TypeScript
• Solid experience with APIs and distributed systems
