Job summary

Tata Technologies in Gothenburg, Sweden seeks a Senior PLM Solution Specialist – 3DEXPERIENCE to bridge business and technology teams in hardware and product development. You will define requirements, design solutions, validate them, and drive testing and adoption across engineering groups.

You’ll lead workshops, coordinate stakeholders, and coach teams on 3DEXPERIENCE usage, ensuring continuous improvement of PLM solutions within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of PLM experience.
• Strong understanding of PLM processes within hardware and product development.
• Experience translating business requirements into use cases and solution requirements.
• Experience working closely with both business and development teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Experience with solution validation and testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across hardware development.
• Capture, analyze, and refine business requirements and use cases.
• Support solution design discussions within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Translate business needs into solution requirements.
• Validate solutions against business requirements and expected outcomes.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and engineering teams.
• Support adoption and continuous improvement of PLM solutions.
• Coach and support team members working with 3DEXPERIENCE.
