Job summary

Valuelabs is seeking an experienced Information Security & Data Privacy Leader to drive security, privacy, and risk management across digital products and services. You will partner with business and technology teams to embed security and privacy into operations and solutions.

You will lead security and privacy activities, conduct assessments, and promote governance. Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in information security and data privacy.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/27701 and NIST CSF frameworks.
• Balance security needs with business objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead information security and data privacy activities across domains; guide projects and teams.
• Conduct risk, business impact, and privacy impact assessments; translate requirements to solutions.
• Promote security awareness through training; engage with governance and compliance.
• Communicate risks, recommendations, and priorities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
