Job summary

Cambio Group is seeking a Security Engineer to join our Security Operations team in Sweden. You will work hands-on with modern platforms to detect, respond to threats, and help strengthen our security posture across the organization.

The role combines operational work with driving improvements, collaborating with IT Operations and other stakeholders, and offers opportunities to grow into specialized security domains as our team scales.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Security Operations or a similar role.
• Hands-on with enterprise security platforms in on-prem and cloud/container environments.
• Experience with incident response, vulnerability management and compliance.
• Proficiency with vulnerability scanning and email security tools.
• Understanding of network security, IAM and threat modeling.
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational security expert and trusted advisor to IT Operations and stakeholders.
• Identify, detect and respond to threats; drive improvements to security posture.
• Collaborate across the organization on security design, architecture and governance.
• Grow and specialize within security domains as the team expands.
