Job summary

Arj Global Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Engineer Consultant to support a key customer environment within Customer & Channels. The role requires hands-on expertise across Application Security, AI Security, Security Engineering and Threat Modelling, with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering and DevOps teams.

The consultant will work onsite in Malmö, Sweden three days per week. Key responsibilities include strengthening security and privacy, defining AI security approaches,

Qualifications

• Experience with application security and privacy.
• Hands-on security engineering and DevSecOps.
• Experience with threat modelling and security design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen application security and privacy.
• Define and operationalise the security approach for AI systems.
• Perform threat modelling and analyse designs from a security perspective.
• Work with DevOps and engineering to embed security into delivery.
• Identify risks and remediate security issues.
• Develop security metrics and reporting.
• Build and maintain security dashboards and reporting using Power BI.
• Support ongoing improvement of security engineering practices.

Arj Global is looking for an experienced Security Engineer Consultant to support a key customer environment within Customer & Channels.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience across Application Security, AI Security, Security Engineering and Threat Modelling, with the ability to work closely with engineering and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen application security and privacy
• Define and operationalise the security approach for AI systems
• Perform threat modelling and analyse system/application designs from a security perspective
• Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to embed security into development and delivery processes
• Identify security risks and recommend practical remediation measures
• Manage, maintain and improve security metrics and reporting
• Build and maintain security dashboards and reporting using Power BI
• Support the continuous improvement of security engineering practices

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Application Security experience
• Strong Security Engineering / DevSecOps knowledge
• Experience with Threat Modelling and security design reviews
• Understanding of application privacy and security-by-design principles
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI security risks and security controls
• Experience operationalising security approaches for AI systems
• Power BI experience for security metrics, dashboards and reporting
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, architecture and DevOps teams

Location Requirement
