Responsibilities

• Lead design, maintenance and sustainment activities with focus on sensor control and target tracking software for radar and missile electronics.
• Take on full design responsibility for sensor control and target tracking software in tight cooperation with Signal Processing and System Design functions as well as Saabs central software design organization.
• Actively develop teams and individuals to foster high performing team environment with focus on growth and on time deliverables.
• Initiate, drive and develop ways-of-working to ensure utilization of state of art software development standards.
• Foster understanding as well as utilization of recent sensor control and tracking processing methodology, architecture, mathematical toolsets and modelling for Radar, EW and applicable communication systems.
