Job summary

PxGeo is seeking a Product Manager – Nodes to lead the underwater node technology portfolio. Based in Stockholm or Dubai, you will drive strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for seismic and autonomous subsea solutions.

You will partner with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver innovative node products, align with market needs, and propel growth in the energy and marine sectors. Travel and offshore certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience in product management in energy or marine tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle plans for underwater node technologies.
• Conduct market research, customer engagement, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Define and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with engineering, software, and operations teams.
• Lead the product development process from concept through testing, commercialization, and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely delivery while balancing performance, quality, and cost.
• Work with operations to understand deployment challenges and customer feedback for improvements.
• Partner with sales and marketing to develop positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Support customer engagements with product expertise, presentations, and technical reviews.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and financial results to maximize value.
• Develop business cases for new investments aligned to strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety requirements while pursuing excellence.
