Job summary

PxGeo, based in Gothenburg, Sweden, is seeking a Project Lead - AUV-as-a-Service to manage projects from contract award through delivery and closeout.

You will lead planning, execution, commercial performance, stakeholder management and successful delivery of operational objectives, with travel to client sites as required and a strong emphasis on safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Science, Oceanography, Project Management, or related discipline.
• PMP/PRINCE2/APM or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5–8 years' experience in project management in offshore, marine, subsea, engineering or autonomous systems.
• Experience delivering offshore, subsea, marine technology, survey, or autonomous systems projects.
• Strong project management, commercial and client-facing skills.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and operational locations.

Responsibilities

• Leading AUV projects from handover to successful completion.
• Developing project and mission plans, including schedules, resources, risk management, and deployment strategies.
• Managing client communications, project reviews, and stakeholder expectations.
• Managing project budgets, forecasting, invoicing, cashflow, and overall financial performance.
• Monitoring risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contractual, operational, and EHSQ requirements.
• Supporting tendering, bid development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Building strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Who are we looking for?
