The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, is fluent in English and Swedish, and has 3+ years of experience in business planning, preferably in the apparel or sporting goods sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluency in business English and Swedish is essential.
• Minimum 3+ years in business planning/analyst roles, preferably in the apparel or sporting goods industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive the annual sales budgeting process for Brooks Scandinavia.
• Analyze reports for trends impacting revenue and demand forecasts.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product for accurate forecasts.
