Empiric is seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead for a global logistics client in Sweden. The role focuses on Sales Cloud, LWC, and Apex, with responsibilities spanning design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Expert in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce programmatic solutions.
• Experience leading 6–8 person teams and collaborating with clients to gather requirements.
• Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies and integration with Web Services and Custom APIs.
• Proven experience with Platform events and event-driven patterns within Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Salesforce team of 6–8 members in delivering Sales Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and document solution designs.
• Configure Salesforce and integrate with external Web Services and APIs.
• Oversee deployments using Change Sets, VS Code, Force.com IDE and related tools.

Salesforce Tech Lead / Platform Lead - Sales Cloud – LWC – Apex - Remote or Hybrid - Sweden

Empiric are currently working alongside a global logistics leader to find a Salesforce Tech Lead with strong Sales Cloud experience to lead and be capable of handling a team size of 6 to 8 people.

The successful candidate will be an expert in designing, developing, testing, and deploying programmatic solutions, and collaborating with clients to gather requirements, document solution design, configure the Salesforce application, and integrate Salesforce to different Web Services and Custom API’s. Plus Agentforce and AI related hands on experience.

The Tech Lead should be well-versed with different deployment methods like Inbound/Outbound Change Sets, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse deployment, Force.com IDE, managed/unmanaged packages, MVC architecture, API programming with Java, Data Loader tool & CLI interface.

The Salesforce Tech Lead must have good knowledge of Platform events and all the Pull based event mechanism in Salesforce.
