Job summary

VANBRUUN is opening a brand-new showroom at NK in Gothenburg and seeks two full-time Showroom Sales Professionals who love customer service and sales. You will be on the floor daily, greeting clients and guiding them through our fine jewelry collection.

As a brand ambassador, you will build relationships, drive sales, and collaborate with the team to deliver memorable experiences. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability and fluency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English (speaking and writing).
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Independent but a team player with initiative.

We are taking the next big step on our journey and opening the doors to a brand-new VANBRUUN showroom in at NK in Gothenburg! We are now looking for two full-time Sales Professionals who is passionate about customer service, loves sales, and wants to run the daily floor in our beautiful new showroom.

VANBRUUN offers fine jewelry, engagement rings, wedding rings, and diamonds with an ambition to convey knowledge and luxury adapted to today’s modern consumer. VANBRUUN started as an online retailer but has now expanded with showrooms in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Paris, and now our brand-new location in Gothenburg, and more to come. The head office is located in Borås, Sweden.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• The Showroom Sales Professional is an excellent communicator and brand ambassador. Your passion for developing business and people, client relations, and exceeding sales is first and vital to our exciting journey.
• You enjoy being out on the floor, meeting customers daily, and creating memorable experiences through your presence and energy.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native or fluent in Swedish and English (both writing and speaking).
• Experience in working with sales or customer service.
• Prestigeless as you will both work hands-on to provide our customers with impeccable service by email, chat, phone and booked online consultations as well as work strategically.
• Independent but yet a team player, full of initiative and eager to drive VANBRUUN sales to the next level.

Location: The position is full-time and will be based at NK in Gothenburg. The Gothenburg showroom will work closely with our headquarter in Borås. The role therefore requires flexibility and the ability to work from the Borås headquarters when needed.
