A leading access solutions provider in Sweden seeks a Head of Sales for the Pedestrian segment. You will manage a team, drive sales performance, and develop strategic sales plans. As Sales Manager Sweden for the Business Segment Pedestrian (BSP) , you hold full operational responsibility for all new sales activities within BSP Sweden, as well as additional Security sales into BSP Norway. You are accountable for achieving the equipment topline targets and ensuring that pre-calculated contribution margins meet the agreed levels. Y ou lead and inspire a team of 14 sales professionals, guiding them to achieve high performance and excellence.
Business Segment Pedestrian (BSP) promote and sell products and services for swinging, sliding and revolving doors. We are a global segment have both product development, manufacturing, sales, installation and service. The Swedish organization consists of approx. 150 people and has a turnover of 400 MSEK.
You will report directly to our Business Unit Manager Sweden. Preferred location is in Landskrona/Malmö.
