H&M is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor in Töcksfors, Sweden. This 12-month role offers 25 hours per week and requires availability during store opening hours. You will welcome customers, share fashion knowledge, and assist with finding products while maintaining an inviting sales floor.

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You’ll welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. Acting in line with our values, you’ll contribute to both your own success and the success of the company.

• Share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
• Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
• Support with opening and closing of the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

You’ll also connect with the wider Area Team, collaborating across stores to share insights and drive success together. Alongside your team, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles. By building meaningful connections with customers in our stores, we make fashion accessible and sustainable for all.
