Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a Sales Advisor for a six‑month, part‑time position based in Nässjö, Sweden. The role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience, welcoming shoppers, and guiding them to products that fit their needs while showcasing the brand.

You will share fashion knowledge, collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service, and maintain a well‑stocked, inviting sales floor throughout store hours.

Who You’ll Work With

Our stores are the heart of our company where customers experience the brand firsthand. You’ll work alongside Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible. You will also collaborate with the wider Area Team to share insights and drive success across stores.

Join Us

This is a temporary position for 6 months, offering 25 hours and 5 hours per week with a start in August or by agreement. The position is based in Nässjö, and you should be able to work during store opening hours. Language skills in Swedish or English are required.

We have an ongoing selection, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. The last application date is 5/8.
