Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Mentimeter is seeking a full-time RevOps/Engineering professional to design and build internal tools that connect the revenue stack, automate repetitive tasks, and embed AI into live workflows. You will own architecture, automate integrations, and ensure data governance as the business scales.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS and Analytics, delivering scalable solutions and fast, reliable results.
Mentimeter is an engagement company with a simple goal: to make every leader better. Through interaction, insights and recommendations, its platform helps organizations turn participation into better understanding and stronger performance.
Founded in Stockholm in 2012, Mentimeter is used by 20 million people each month across 1.3 million organizations. At Mentimeter, we believe better leadership starts with listening and that the strongest results are achieved together. That’s why we foster a culture built on curiosity, collaboration and shared ownership. By joining us, you’ll help leaders turn participation into deeper understanding and stronger performance, advancing our ambition to help more than one billion people listen, learn and work better together.
We're building a Revenue Operations function where AI, automation and systems design are the core of how we scale. Not as a layer on top of how we work, but as the way we work: systems handle what can be systematised, so our reps spend their time on what only people can do, building relationships, reading a room, making the judgement call. This role sits at the centre of that.
It is a full-stack internal product role. Your users are our Enterprise GTM reps and leaders; your job is to understand how they work, find where friction or guesswork slows them down, and solve it with tailored, proactive solutions. That means designing how our revenue stack connects, embedding AI into live revenue workflows, and shaping the role-specific surfaces our teams work from. You own how it's architected, how it's automated, and how it evolves as the business does.
You’ll sit in the RevTech & Ops team within Revenue Operations, reporting to the RevTech & Operations Director, and work day-to-day with Sales, Marketing, CS and Analytics. You treat "can this be automated?" as the first question, not the last. You care as much about whether we're solving the right problem as about how it's solved, which means understanding how a sales person actually spends their day. And you'd rather ship a working v1 this week than a perfect design next quarter. You decide how things should be built, build a lot of it yourself, and leave behind architecture someone else can read and extend.
The metric this role moves is ARR / Cost of GTM. In practice: reps spending their time in one place instead of six, fewer hours of manual work in GTM roles, fewer break-fixes, integrations that works, and data people trust without double-checking.
Every revenue team at Mentimeter depends on systems that work without them thinking about it. This role is what makes that true — and increasingly, it's what our reps will open first every morning. Get it right and we grow the business without growing operational friction at the same rate.
At Mentimeter, we believe in fair and transparent compensation that grows with you.
The salary range for this role is 55–64,000 SEK per month. The range reflects where you are within this stage of the role: your relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and alignment with what the role requires. As you develop and take on more, your salary and level evolve with you.
We're committed to supporting your growth. You'll have ongoing development conversations with your manager, and your salary will evolve as you build skills and contribute to our mission.
At Mentimeter we can offer a diverse and inclusive work environment supported by smart and driven colleagues. We believe in continuous professional development for all of our colleagues and therefore offer access to a leadership program (including external personal coach) and relevant education to ensure that we continue to be state-of-the-art when it comes to innovating and building Mentimeter. Your place will be in a growing company with lots of career opportunities, working on a beloved product used by more than 300 million people. It’s not all about work though, we also offer a very healthy view on work-life balance.
All of this comes attached with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including pension contributions. Learn more about our benefits by visiting our Benefits & Perks page
At Mentimeter, we believe AI helps us work smarter - but it never replaces the human assessment, curiosity, and personal connection that define our culture and our hiring. We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people.AI strengthens our work, but it does not define it. At Mentimeter, we’re not building an AI-driven hiring process - we’re building a people-first culture, where technology helps us listen, learn, and grow together.
At Mentimeter we believe in giving everyone a voice - regardless of who you are. So we build a platform that does just that. Our platform is not only our product but also our organization. A platform where people feel safe, where differences are embraced, a place where you can have fun. We strongly encourage applicants who are people of color, LGBTQ+, women, people with disabilities, and/or formerly incarcerated people, and a college degree is not strictly required. In order to give everyone a voice, we need to be as diverse as our users.
