Job description

As a Resident Solution Architect, you will partner with clients and internal teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data and analytics solutions using Databricks. You will lead technical implementation, optimize platform performance, and ensure the success of analytics initiatives.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics.
• Completed Databricks Professional Certification.
• 6–8+ projects delivered on Databricks with hands‑on experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, at least one with deep expertise.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data analytics workflows.
• Knowledge of Databricks products and platforms, including Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Photon, MLflow, and Workflows.
