Job summary

inventYOU IT Consulting seeks an experienced Requirements Analyst to lead requirements work for IT-related public procurements. You will collaborate with procurement experts, business stakeholders, and IT specialists to identify target groups and needs, drive requirements gathering, and document requirements for procurement documents.

You will participate in tender evaluations and ensure comprehensive coverage of business, legal, architectural, security, and non-functional requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience conducting or participating in IT-related procurements.
• Minimum 2 years in project management or coordinating roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience collecting and documenting business or IT requirements.
• Ability to lead a small group and work independently.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst to lead and coordinate requirements work for IT-related public procurements. You will work closely with procurement experts, business stakeholders, and IT experts to identify target groups and their needs, drive requirements gathering ahead of procurements, and analyze business, legal, architectural, security-related, and non-functional requirements.

You will be responsible for documenting requirements in procurement documentation and participating in the evaluation of submitted tenders.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience conducting or participating in procurements of IT-related products and services (e.g., within finance, purchasing, HR, or facilities)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or an equivalent coordinating role
• Minimum 2 years of experience independently collecting, analyzing, structuring, and documenting business or IT-related requirements
• Ability to take ownership of a subject area, lead a small group, and work independently
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Willingness to undergo security clearance (säkerhetsskyddslagen, security class 3)

Nice to Have

• Experience planning, conducting, and leading workshops in requirements analysis, business analysis, or related IT development work
• Certification in requirements management/requirements engineering, or equivalent documented training
• Experience participating in or conducting public procurements, with documented knowledge of LOU
• Experience with business analysis — e.g. analysis of processes, needs, goals, problem areas, and improvement needs
