Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Stockholm for a fully remote, hourly contract role to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code that trains AI systems to think like real developers. Stockholm sits at the heart of Europe’s tech scene, offering a vibrant engineering culture.

You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback that makes AI coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable.

Qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Able to read, write and reason about code with clarity.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Clear written communication and independent work.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages/frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
